  1. General Athletic Performance
    If you are looking for a general program to get in better shape, build strength, increase athleticism, and improve conditioning, this is a great place to start. We put together general principles for athletes in every sport to get started with this program.
  2. Explosive Athleticism
    Our Explosive Athleticism program works to help athletes improve their overall athleticism. This includes, but is not limited to, strength and size, vertical jump, lateral & short-space quickness, speed & agility, as well as acceleration. Clients have seen 2 - 5" improve on vertical jump, added 5 - 15 lbs. of muscle while losing body fat, increase of 10 - 25 lbs. on bench press, squat, and other benchmark numbers in 3 months of program usage.
  3. Speed, Agility, and Vertical Program
    Just as the title suggests, this program focuses on improving the speed, agility, and leaping ability of an athlete through strictly low impact plyometric work. This is a great option in-season as the workouts are shorter and help keep quick-twitch muscles and joints firing during the year. Measurable benchmarks we focus on are various sprinting tests, agility drills, and vertical jump tests.
